The Administrative Assistant role provides support for day-to-day operations for the departments and floor assigned to ensure appropriate coverage is always maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items to Executives and Board of Directors.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
  • Order and distribute office supplies.
  • Assists in coordinating special meetings and events.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio (as applicable), preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience
