Job Description:
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Project Assistant for a 4-6 month project in East Brunswick, NJ. The primary responsibility will be scanning and organizing file documents in the home office of an executive. (Former CEO). This role requires proficiency in operating scanning equipment and basic tech-savviness. While some of the work must be done on-site, a portion of the tasks may be completed remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and organize physical documents into digital files.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive information.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
Must be trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in operating scanning equipment and general tech-savviness.
- Prior relevant administrative and technical experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Open to both part-time and full-time candidates.
Local, must be within 30 mins of East Brunswick
Must pass a reference and background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Potential for Future Projects:
There may be opportunities for additional projects upon successful completion of this assignment.
