We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager with extensive experience in S/4 HANA RISE Greenfield projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA implementation methodologies and a proven track record of successfully managing complex Greenfield projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA RISE Greenfield implementation projects from initiation to completion, specifically within the food and manufacturing industry.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate change management processes and provide training and support to end-users.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and security policies.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager with a focus on S/4 HANA RISE Greenfield implementations in the food and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology is required.
