H2 Ortho is currently bringing on a New Patient Coordinator to our team We are looking for an OUTGOING, fun, enthusiastic, hardworking person to join our extremely talented team This position will have a focus on making the new patients experience the best, scheduling appointments, answering phones, posting payments and being a liaison with patients entering into treatment. We strive on providing exceptional patient care. We are a fun, energetic practice to be part of.



Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
  • Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for Orthodontic treatment
  • Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area
  • Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
  • Update necessary documents into patient chart
  • Outbound calls to patients for confirming upcoming appointments and scheduling appointments
  • Verifying insurance
  • Coordinating with general dental offices for mutual patients
  • Preparing all necessary paperwork for new patient exams and growth and development patients
  • Additional duties as needed such as assisting with laundry, taking out the trash, refilling supplies in restrooms, and any other necessary tasks in our office
