Front Office Coordinator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
- Manage client sign-in sheets.
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
- Handle filing and data entry as requested.
- Scheduling patients as needed or requested.
- Assist clinical staff with admin duties.
- Supply management and correspondence.
- Ensures the effectiveness of the clinic operations and maintains a professional appearance and environment.
- Assist with new patient referrals.
- Collaborate and support admin team in other offices, must be computer savvy,
- Part-time to start, Monday-Thursday 20-25 hours per week, in-person position. Must be able to work until 7 p.m. some evenings.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and external customers.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality.
- Medical terminology. (preferred but not required).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid computer skills: MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
