The Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) is a membership-based, not-for-profit organization in Manchester, NH, founded to transform healthcare by enabling the scalable, consistent, and cost-effective manufacturing of human cells, tissues, and organs.

Position Description

ARMI needs an Accounts Payable Specialist to help with all aspects of the Organization's payables-related duties. This position will work closely with the Controller and accounting team to record all invoices correctly while maintaining high-quality standards and internal controls.

Responsibilities

  • Recording of all invoices in the accounting software.
  • Ensuring required authorizations are obtained for all invoices.
  • Confirming and documenting receipt of services or materials for all invoices.
  • Assemble the weekly check run for signature by compiling the bill payment stub, check, invoice, and supporting backup.
  • Scan the weekly check run documents to the electronic copies file.
  • Work closely with the shipping and receiving team to verify receipt of services and materials.
  • Assist in other general accounting areas as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting, currently working toward a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting, or one to five years working in the accounts payable or general accounting field.
  • General knowledge and experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Must be organized with great attention to detail.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with various departments in the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.

This position is in-person in Manchester, NH, and is entry-level.
