Job Ad: Home Care Licensing Specialist / Account Manager

Location: Salem, NH (Relocating to Manchester, NH soon)

Salary: Starting at $42,000+ annually

Benefits: We cover half of health, vision, and dental insurance through a BCBS plan

Position Overview: We are looking for a Home Care Licensing Specialist / Account Manager to join our team. This role blends the responsibilities of an administrative assistant and a project manager, involving research, paperwork, and client communication. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through each step of the licensing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand state-specific home care licensing requirements
  • Complete and submit necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and answering questions
  • Maintain organized records and track the progress of each client's licensing process
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Strong memory and a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and daily computer tasks
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
