This PE client is a top-decile private equity fund with a long history of successful investments in professional, residential, and tech services. This specific holding company is an investment out of its 9th fund, which will have ~$4.5 billion of committed capital and is focused on acquiring and growing residential home services companies. Company revenue has grown from $0 to $400M in 12 months.
The Team
The executive team is comprised of experienced operators from the Alpine ecosystem, former congressmen, professional athletes, elite MBAs, etc. It's an all-star team that is going to execute at a very high level.
Position Description
This role will own the full operating P&L of the Southeast region and will be responsible for driving organic growth of the businesses. You will be supported by the executive team, partner services teams that work at the holdco level, and adjacent business CEOs and Market Presidents. You will effectively act as the CEO of the South.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Successful integration of tuck-in acquisitions that occur in your market area
- Hiring and managing business leaders within your company
- Partnering with peer CEOs to ensure that best practices are shared across the full platform
- Working with other Regional Presidents to share best practices
