Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to regional operations teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective operational standards and processes to ensure high-quality services and cost control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Travel to regional communities and headquarters as needed to support operations and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Gerontology, or related field.
  • Active NHA license in the state of Georgia.
  • 5+ years of progressive healthcare management experience with extensive knowledge of post-acute care environments and markets.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a multi-million dollar P&L.
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple skilled nursing facilities, ideally in a regional capacity.
  • Extensive experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations, marketing, and healthcare legal agreements.
  • Ability to commute/travel to regional communities located in Atlanta, Macon, Savannah, and Southern Georgia.
