We are seeking an accomplished healthcare executive to assume the role of Vice President of Provider Relations. This leader will be instrumental in cultivating strategic partnerships with providers across the region, particularly in enhancing community health initiatives.

  • Establish networks that align with CLevelCrossing's objectives
  • Oversee Provider Contracting, Education, and Engagement initiatives
  • Engage in travel as required
  • Report directly to the Regional President
  • Lead a team of 60 professionals, including 10 direct reports

Core Responsibilities

  • Forge strategic alliances with Medicare, Group, and Medicaid sectors
  • Guarantee comprehensive network coverage for primary, specialty, and ancillary services
  • Direct provider engagement efforts and address any issues
  • Facilitate membership and provider engagement agreements
  • Develop strategies for unit costs while ensuring access to care
  • Align regional initiatives with corporate goals
  • Enhance the provider experience and synchronize objectives
  • Steer regional operations in accordance with organizational strategy
  • Promote a collaborative workplace culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Significant leadership experience in managed care environments
  • Understanding of health plan financial structures and provider compensation models
  • Bachelor's degree is essential (MBA/JD preferred)
  • Commitment to improving consumer experiences
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and development
  • Recognized authority in navigating healthcare trends
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication abilities

Work Schedule

40 hours per week
