Opportunity Overview:

As a vital member of the executive team and a trusted advisor to the CEO, the Vice President of Operations will have the chance to influence the strategic direction of the firm. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and presents complex challenges. The selected candidate will be empowered to manage daily operations for both on-site and portfolio clients, ensuring that our operations remain efficient and effective.

The Vice President will be instrumental in driving operational efficiencies and optimizing workflows, playing a crucial role in the company's expansion into new markets. This position requires a collaborative approach, as the Vice President will work closely with the CEO and contribute to various aspects of the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization's daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
  • Conduct operational analysis to inform strategic and tactical decisions, including financial reporting and efficiency assessments.
  • Establish measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) while educating the team on their significance.
  • Champion a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a client-centric focus.
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets and expenditures.
  • Facilitate operational integration during the opening of new regional offices or acquisitions.
  • Develop and enhance automated systems and procedures that leverage industry-leading technology.
  • Mentor and develop talent within the organization.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in property management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Expertise in establishing effective systems and processes.
  • Experience in creating and enforcing operational standards.
  • Proficiency in business software applications.
