This role will be responsible for supporting two executives responsible for the Midwest Region. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who is looking for a new opportunity in downtown Chicago with views of the city skyline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with regional property management
  • Maintain high service levels for colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist with budgeting and operating reports.
  • Support correspondence, travel plans, and expense reports.
  • Maintain department directories and property listings.
  • Lead the department newsletter and drive regional communications.
  • Ensure compliance with critical agreements.
  • Upkeep a resume database and update staffing needs.
  • Coordinate recruiting and on-boarding processes.
  • Drive business development by coordinating RFP responses and presentation materials.
  • Maintain marketing materials and manage key databases (CoStar, CRM).
  • Collaborate with teams on operational metrics and sustainability initiatives.
  • Organize regional/local meetings and training.
  • Assist managers with reviewing processes and annual goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of operations and project management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Capable of making decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to prioritize effectively.
