Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Everett, WA

Shift Timings: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Part-Time)


Responsibilities:

  • Trains less experienced employees in group leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Coordinates complex activities across multiple functions and outside organizations to maintain and improve operational efficiency in support of enterprise operations.
  • Identifies and mitigates the impact of changes on the production system.
  • Leads teams to conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
  • Leads organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics to achieve business objectives. Works under consultative direction.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 13 or more years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Coaching and communication.
  • Aerospace industry experience.
