Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and implement innovative processes and technological advancements to improve operational efficiency and production system design.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support production systems to align with operational and functional objectives.
  • Translate complex engineering and mathematical concepts into practical applications throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Research and develop new industrial engineering tools and processes to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production settings.
  • Experience in defining, developing, and improving production processes is essential.
  • Proficient in time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and experience in deploying standard processes is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary.

Education/Experience Levels:

  • Associate (Level 2): Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in an engineering field.
  • Experienced (Level 3): Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Senior (Level 4): Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as crouching, walking, and climbing stairs throughout the workday.
