We are looking for individuals to fill the role of Manufacturing Associate, where you will be responsible for operating equipment in a production environment. This position is designed for those interested in gaining experience in the manufacturing sector.
Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is not mandatory. We welcome applications from candidates seeking entry-level positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading materials, ensuring print quality, troubleshooting equipment issues, and managing completed production items.
- This position requires maintaining high standards of efficiency and precision in the production processes.
Compensation: $20 per hour – paid weekly, with ample overtime opportunities available.
Work Schedule:
- This role involves 12-hour shifts with a 7-day work week.
- Day shifts commence at 6 AM and conclude at 6 PM.
- Night shifts run from 6 PM to 6 AM.
Location: Everett, WA, USA
Qualifications:
- Previous production experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
Work Environment:
- Work will take place in a production setting.
- Conditions may vary with heat in summer and cold in winter.
- Exposure to machinery noise and a fast-paced atmosphere is expected.
