Salary: $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and enhance methods, procedures, processes, layouts, fixtures, and tooling to achieve job goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing initiatives, including resource allocation and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify and propose solutions for current or potential manufacturing challenges.
- Research, develop, and suggest cost-reduction strategies and product/process enhancement programs.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure manufacturability and process capabilities align with new product requirements.

- Manage 3P schedules and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to maintain production by addressing quality concerns, equipment issues, and documentation discrepancies through root cause analysis and corrective measures.

- Create manufacturing operating instructions or procedures and provide training to assemblers and operators on machine operations, processes, or assembly techniques.
- Engage with vendors and customers as necessary throughout the assignment.
