This role will involve supporting the transition of ERP systems to SAP. You will collaborate across various departments while leveraging your knowledge of our current supply chain operations and systems. Your background in developing innovative solutions, identifying enhancements in system processes, ensuring data accuracy, and improving productivity will be crucial for successful integration within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis utilizing diverse methodologies to inform and enhance supply chain decision-making and overall business performance.

- Create and implement inventory management strategies and reports to maintain optimal inventory levels.

- Navigate complex processes and organizational frameworks to deliver effective process mapping.

- Troubleshoot and enhance inventory management, demand forecasting, and system reliability.

- Develop, execute, and uphold tools and techniques necessary to assess the implications of proposed scheduling modifications.

- Analyze scenarios to align production, storage, and transportation with demand forecasts.

- Disseminate information throughout the supply chain and across the organization by harmonizing processes, procedures, and practices among various teams for effective execution.

- Perform data evaluations to compare actual outcomes against the Master Production Schedule.

- Offer recommendations and implement solutions through comprehensive value stream data analysis supporting various programs and business units.

- Advance technological initiatives and guide their development to completion, enhancing the organization's capabilities.

- Oversee and authorize order releases by assessing system requirements and resource availability.

- Implement and sustain process enhancements and standardized operations by analyzing and establishing best practices for Supply Chain to elevate performance.

- Facilitate the integration of changes and planning decisions to achieve optimal outcomes.

- Validate and incorporate engineering and production timelines into supply chain operational strategies.

- Collaborate with supply chain divisions and other functional areas within the value stream to achieve objectives and set standards.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

- Comprehensive understanding of all purchase order methods and functionalities.

- Experience in interpreting Bills of Materials.

- High proficiency in data analysis using various analytical tools.

- Ability to create and present executive reporting metrics and materials.

- Familiarity with industry-standard supply chain key performance indicators and metrics.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience with executing in a Material Resource Planning (MRP) system such as ERP or SAP.

- Proven track record in managing high-priority and complex project implementations.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Knowledge of Velocity, CMES, and PDM systems.

- Experience in supply chain system implementations.

- Involvement in new aircraft program launches.
