Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $80,000 per year
Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and develop methods, procedures, processes, layouts, fixtures, and tooling to achieve project goals.
Plan, coordinate, and lead manufacturing initiatives, including resource allocation and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Identify and propose solutions for current or potential manufacturing challenges.
Investigate and recommend programs for cost reduction and enhancements in product/process efficiency.
Collaborate with support teams to ensure manufacturability and process capabilities are established for new products.
Manage schedules and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to maintain ongoing production by addressing quality concerns, equipment issues, and documentation discrepancies through root cause analysis and corrective measures.
Develop operational instructions or procedures for manufacturing and train assemblers and operators in machine operations and assembly processes.
Engage with vendors and customers as necessary throughout the assignments.
