Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Associate

We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to become part of our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery in a fast-paced production environment. This position is available for immediate start and is ideal for those seeking short-term employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the loading of materials, ensure print quality, troubleshoot any machinery issues, and assist in the completion of production tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency and precision throughout the production process.

Compensation: $20 per hour, with weekly pay and potential for overtime.

Work Schedule:

  • Initial week consists of 8-hour shifts, followed by 12-hour shifts in subsequent weeks.
  • Morning shifts commence between 6 AM and 8 AM, while evening shifts begin between 6 PM and 8 PM.

Location: Everett, WA, USA

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Work Environment:

  • Work will be conducted in a production facility with varying temperatures.
  • Expect exposure to machinery sounds and a dynamic work atmosphere.
