Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the staffing agency.
- Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, cold calls, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements, thereby facilitating effective candidate placement.
- Conduct presentations and discussions with clients to showcase the agency's services, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals, adhering to pricing structures and terms that align with agency goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client engagement, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the agency's visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in business development or sales within the staffing industry.
- Deep understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, market trends, and client needs.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
