Client Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal client satisfaction
  • Manage client records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Provide support and education to clients about services and healthcare processes


Client Coordinator Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, client coordination or similar role within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes and terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
