IHD Labs seeks a driven Senior Business Development Executive for our At-Home Testing vertical, focusing on empowering individuals through accessible and reliable clinical testing. This role is pivotal in fostering strategic partnerships and enhancing our market presence in digital health, educational sectors, payers, pharmacies, and retail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Direct collaboration with the Laboratory, Marketing, and Executive teams during in-person sessions for strategic alignment and execution.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and conference teams to develop a robust sales funnel, manage and oversee deals from initiation to closure.
  • Lead Management: Engage in lead nurturing and conversion activities, maintaining continuous engagement with prospects through various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace and Zoom to manage relationships and communications. Contribute to digital marketing efforts.
  • Travel: Participate in local and national conferences, representing IHD Labs and capturing new business opportunities.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in healthcare services sales, with a strong emphasis on strategic development and market penetration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of leading initiatives and working collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital communication tools as listed above, with a fundamental understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasive communication.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations to executive audiences and at public events.


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in sales, business development, or digital marketing are advantageous.
