Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team at Century Specialties, a leading provider of innovative solutions. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience in a similar role.
- Quota Management: Previous experience in managing sales to meet quotas.
- Prospecting Skills: Proficiency in cold-calling, securing meetings with decision-makers, making persuasive presentations, and closing sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
