Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of Senior Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will oversee our marketing division, driving growth and profitability while formulating and executing strategic marketing initiatives. A profound understanding of the engineering sector, particularly in SSD/Semiconductor/memory storage, is essential for leading and motivating our team. This role is pivotal for our success and future expansion, focusing on OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, and ASIC technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our corporate goals.
  • Supervise the Product Development process, ensuring market trends and customer requirements are reflected in our offerings.
  • Lead SEM/SEO efforts to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Foster partner engagement and cultivate strong relationships with resellers and other stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for the marketing team, ensuring growth targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to effectively promote our products.
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand image, enhancing brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of CXL technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the engineering sector.
  • Proven expertise in OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, and ASIC.
  • Strong grasp of SEM/SEO strategies and market strategy formulation.
  • Experience in Product Marketing and Product Development.
  • Demonstrated success in partner engagement and reseller management.
  • Solid background in SSD/Semiconductor/memory storage.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Experience in branding and positioning, with a history of enhancing brand awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
