Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Senior Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our marketing division, driving growth and profitability, and crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role demands a robust understanding of the engineering sector, particularly in SSD, semiconductor, and memory storage technologies, along with the capability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our corporate goals.
  • Supervise the Product Development cycle, ensuring that market trends and customer requirements are reflected in our offerings.
  • Lead SEM/SEO strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, resellers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Establish and track performance metrics for the marketing team, ensuring growth targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to effectively promote our product range.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity, enhancing brand recognition and positioning.
  • Inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of CXL technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing position, ideally within the engineering sector.
  • Proven expertise in OEM, DRAM, SSD, IP blocks, and ASIC technologies.
  • Strong grasp of SEM/SEO strategies and market strategy formulation.
  • Experience in Product Marketing and Development.
  • Demonstrated success in partner engagement and reseller management.
  • Solid background in SSD, semiconductor, and memory storage industries.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Experience in branding and positioning, with a history of enhancing brand awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
