Role Summary: We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our sales division. The successful candidate will possess extensive sales management experience within the realm of physician-dispensed skincare or injectables and will have cultivated strong industry relationships. This position demands a leader of high integrity, capable of inspiring loyalty and driving exceptional outcomes. The Senior Sales Executive will be accountable for generating the largest segment of revenue for the organization and will report directly to the CEO. This role includes participation in monthly board meetings where the individual will present on team performance, sales metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Support Structure: The role includes direct reports such as the National Sales Director and the National Education Manager. An ambitious marketing team is closely aligned with sales objectives, providing promotional support and analytical insights. Additionally, a CRM system is in place, backed by an active development team and business intelligence tools.
Core Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to meet organizational sales objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a high-achieving sales team, nurturing a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key industry stakeholders, including physicians, high-value accounts, and top-performing sales personnel.
- Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in physician-dispensed skincare or injectables.
- Demonstrated success in building and sustaining relationships with physicians and high-value account contacts.
- A well-established network of skilled sales representatives.
- Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
- A high level of integrity and the ability to foster trust and loyalty.
