As a Senior Manager/Associate Director++ for Business Development at Tiger Analytics, you will play a fundamental role in helping us achieve our new client acquisition and revenue growth objectives by leading proposal / RFP responses and solution design for data and AI / Analytics problems. About the Role:

  • Lead/participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy for proposals, process improvement, competitive positioning, and pricing / commercial decisions.
  • Analytical and technical solutioning for business problems and building impactful client presentations and pitches, using consulting framework as a part of bid process.
  • Create and own different Point of View documents and solution proposals for various business problems across the Healthcare and Lifesciences value chain.
  • Responsible for demonstrating business value from the proposed solutions that help meet strategic, operational, and tactical objectives.
  • Demonstrate the path for scaling the pilots / POCs to a long-term transformative program to deliver continuous business value.
  • Pitch and present Tiger’s insurance, analytics consulting, and data science capabilities and proposals to clients to support sales cycle.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience across analytics and technology, primarily within Healthcare and Lifesciences domain
  • Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering transformation solutions with a significant component of data & analytics in the Healthcare and Lifesciences industry.
  • Collaborating with sales and technical teams in building analytics solutions
  • Ability to influence executives and business decision makers through industry focused thought leadership.
  • Ability to work with a global team, playing a lead role in communicating client business problem context to the remote teams.
  • Ability to put together high impact decks and presentations/Point of Views/Proposals/RFP responses.
  • Strong go-getter attitude and willingness to learn things on the job.
  • B. Tech/ MBA from premier institutes with consulting experience
