Role Responsibilities:
The Client Relationship Specialist is tasked with providing an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and nurturing new and existing client relationships by identifying needs through thoughtful inquiries.
- Offering suitable products and services while connecting clients with relevant business partners within the bank.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and requests.
- Consulting with clients to build strong relationships.
- Providing comprehensive clerical support for various accounts, including deposits, consumer loans, business accounts, collections, and transactions.
- Assisting Client Service Specialists as needed.
- Staying informed about products and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Resolving customer concerns and requests effectively.
- Demonstrating proficiency in business, consumer, and trust accounts.
- Beginning to mentor fellow team members regarding products, services, and partnerships.
- Supporting the Assistant Manager with operational tasks.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals who possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Skills in cash handling, balancing, and calculations.
- The capability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
- A focus on identifying and referring appropriate bank products and services.
- A commitment to expanding customer relationships through personal engagement.
- Familiarity with state regulations concerning banking products and services.
- The ability to achieve NMLS certification.
- Prior experience as a Client Service Specialist or in a banking role.
Work Environment:
This position requires full onsite presence.
