The Customer Service Representative will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential clients.
- Learn to create quotes, manage work orders, and ensure timely fulfillment of projects.
- Participate in daily team discussions, execute marketing strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the center.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Establish enduring relationships by converting leads into loyal customers.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Outgoing personality with a strong desire to learn and build connections.
- Excellent listening and organizational skills.
- Ability to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
