Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Associate Director, CRM Operations based out of our New York/London office.


This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in CRM Operations looking to further develop their strategic and operational skills by managing our CRM systems to enhance sales and business growth at Fitch Solutions.

The Associate Director will manage day-to-day CRM activities and support the development of CRM strategies.

We'll Count on You to Accomplish (Key Results Area):

Manage daily operations of the CRM system to ensure it's productive, efficient, and meets business requirements.

Assist in crafting and executing CRM strategies together with the Technology team.

Work with departments like Sales, Marketing, and IT to weave CRM operations throughout the company.

Encourage CRM use and adoption throughout the company.

Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, privacy, and accessibility of CRM data.

What You Need to Have:
Solid background in CRM Operations, Revenue/Sales Operations, or Data Analytics.

Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices.

Experience with CRM integration.

Good grasp of sales concepts and methods.

Awareness of data privacy laws and data protection protocols.

Would Make You Stand Out:
Experience managing CRM integration projects.

Familiarity with data and visualization tools (e.g., CRM Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.).

Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.

Eagerness to master new systems, processes, and tools.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY:
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90, 000 and $120, 000 per year.

Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.

Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
