QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or previous experience in revenue management or business analysis is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, coupled with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Sabre/SynXis, Stayntouch, and Lighthouse is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Director of Revenue in all aspects of Revenue Management operations and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Team to create and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports.
  • Perform regular pricing and competitor assessments to remain informed about market trends and refine pricing strategies.
  • Oversee and assess room rates and availability across all distribution platforms in line with established standards to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and report on booking patterns, pick-up rates, cancellations, and business sources.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all statistical and revenue-related inquiries and challenges by continuously improving and enhancing reporting capabilities.
  • Assist in the collection, organization, and quality assurance of revenue data, monitoring performance against budgetary goals.
  • Analyze end-of-period and other available system data to identify trends, forecast future requirements, and recognize challenges.
  • Conduct daily system audits to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy in revenue-related functions.
