Position Overview

We are in search of a talented Revenue Operations Manager to enhance and oversee the operational framework of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across marketing and sales as we scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to refine processes and boost efficiency.
  • Leverage Salesforce expertise to enhance system functionalities.
  • Implement and manage sales tools to optimize workflows.
  • Establish and track quarterly objectives to drive sales performance.
  • Create and maintain sales dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Ensure smooth integration between sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Examine sales data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Oversee marketing automation systems to maintain the integrity of marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance marketing initiatives using automation technologies.
  • Develop dashboards to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns successfully.
  • Manage lead scoring models to improve lead quality.
  • Implement best practices for data management and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects
