Position Overview:

The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine medical records to verify adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Prepare and dispatch requests and appeals for medical documentation to insurance providers for processing.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing departmental communications.
  • Scan, index, and upload patient revenue documents into the RAM P8 system.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Support all facets of primary and secondary billing duties.
  • Review and address charge edits from interface reports.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
