About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Growth Partnerships team as a Director of Wholesale Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth across all brands and categories within the wholesale landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Total Wholesale Business P&L: Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue generation, gross margin, operational expenses, and marketing efforts.
  • Cultivate and Manage Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and future brokers, agencies, and wholesale partners to drive business growth.
  • Support Team in Negotiations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts that maximize profitability and maintain brand integrity.
  • Optimize Wholesale Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with design, creative, marketing, sourcing, production, and fulfillment teams to develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy.
  • Provide Market Insights: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform cross-functional prioritization and support of wholesale strategy.
  • Manage Retail Partnerships Associate: Supervise and mentor the Retail Partnerships Associate to ensure successful execution of wholesale partnerships.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in retail, with a background in retail buying, planning, merchandising, operations, account management, or business development.
  • Experience working with big box retailers (Target, Walmart, CVS, etc.) and brokers and distributors.
  • Multi-brand or multi-category experience preferred.
