This position will report directly to the COO, with a dotted line to the CRO, overseeing four distinct global Revenue Operations teams and participating as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

The teams under your leadership will include Deal Desk, Sales Operations, CRM Product Management, GTM Business Analytics, and Field Operations.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our executive team and stakeholders across the organization to manage the operations of our go-to-market strategy. You will lead a top-tier Revenue Operations team dedicated to ensuring our GTM teams and managers have the necessary resources to succeed, while also operationalizing and empowering the sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary business partner to our CRO, supporting strategic initiatives and GTM performance measurement.
  • Oversee the operational rhythm for sales forecasting and reporting, and lead the annual GTM planning process.
  • Initiate critical growth strategies, including churn reduction, territory planning, meeting allocation, and account segmentation.
  • Design and optimize compensation frameworks to motivate GTM performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators aligned with revenue objectives, focusing on pipeline health, sales effectiveness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM administration, enhancing CRM capabilities for a comprehensive view of customer interactions.
  • Facilitate the accurate and efficient closing of revenue by coordinating efforts between GTM, legal, and billing through the Deal Desk function, while optimizing our Quote-to-Cash system.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop Managers and individual contributors within the Revenue Operations team, ensuring they possess the skills and resources needed to excel.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in SaaS go-to-market strategy and operations.
  • 6-8 years of managerial experience, including oversight of senior managers.
  • Strong analytical and operational capabilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce is required.
  • Project management experience is a must.
  • International business experience within a global organization is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for uncovering insights and driving significant improvements.
  • Expertise in establishing processes and infrastructure necessary for a high-growth environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail for effective program management execution.
