Summary / Objective

The Integration Analyst is primarily responsible for the delivery of assigned Professional Services projects as defined in a Scope of Work or written proposal. Typical projects include business software implementation (e.g., Corepoint Integration Engine, Rhapsody Integration Engine, Rhapsody Identity, or Rhapsody Semantic products) and workflow consulting, development, testing and implementation of application integrations.

Additional duties typically include testing and providing feedback on product features and assisting with product training on an as-needed basis.

Essential Functions

  • Develop, test, and deploy product installations and integrations for assigned Professional Services projects
  • Provide occasional go-live and implementation support after normal business hours, as needed
  • Serve as a consulting technical resource for other Rhapsody Health teams on an as-needed basis
  • Participate in product QA testing and feedback cycles for continuous product improvement
  • Participate in Professional Services team Continuous Improvement initiatives on an as-needed basis
  • Participate in formal education program content creation and training delivery on an as-needed basis
  • Serve as liaison between sales accounts team, project management team and clients, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of opportunities, risks, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the on-call rotation

Required Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in an IT, engineering, or computer science related field, or other concentrations with equivalent technical work experience of 1+ years

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in an IT, engineering, or computer science field with 1+ years of experience in software implementation and/or healthcare integration
