This position requires onsite presence at our Frisco, TX office, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The ideal candidate will possess prior leadership experience managing both small and large teams. We appreciate the value of both remote and in-person work, so the ability to lead effectively in either setting is advantageous; strong candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, an empathetic leadership approach, and a results-oriented mindset. Our Software Implementation Team Supervisors will manage a team of 8-10 Implementation Specialists and Software Trainers responsible for onboarding our new clients to our ezyVet Practice Management Software.

ezyVet is a cloud-based Veterinary Practice Management Software designed to simplify operations for veterinary practices, enabling them to save time, enhance revenue, improve client communication, and alleviate workload stress. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations within a specific business unit or function.
  • Manage staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations. Facilitate employment actions, provide coaching, and promote staff development.
  • Contribute to the formulation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Direct the work activities of the unit; plan and organize tasks, ensure adequate staffing and resources, and maintain schedules to uphold customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while managing escalated or critical issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate efforts and resolve issues as necessary.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback, participating in teams or projects relevant to the business unit.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvements based on evaluations of existing practices and business needs.
  • Utilize data and metrics to ensure operational efficiency and enhance customer experience, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Commit to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in maintaining departmental technology and systems, coordinating with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and ensure functionality.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of work activities.
  • Conduct analyses to identify issues and answer queries.
  • Stay informed about company products and services, as well as industry developments impacting work activities.
  • Engage in industry groups and forums relevant to business operations.
