Spherion Staffing is looking for highly energized, motivated person to support with coordinating schedules, processing new hire paperwork, completing reference checks and managing applicants. The Office Coordinator will run the front office efficiently and mostly independently. Qualified applicants will need to be fast, efficient and have the ability to manage a busy office.

As the first impression of the company, the Office Coordinator must contribute a perception of professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, accuracy, and dependability. The ability to build relationships with customers, co-workers, management, and vendors is essential to success.

Monday-Friday 8a m-5 pm
$19-22/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
-Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
-Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
-Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as necessary
-Assist with closing process with Title Company, buyers, realtors via conference room availability
-Research volunteer opportunities, communicate companywide, and update the company on volunteer hours served
-Assist with onboarding and off-boarding
-Manage all incoming/outgoing mail
-Liaise with facility management vendors including cleaning, catering, repairs, rugs

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
