Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am – 1:30pm or 8am- 2pm
Compensation: $21/hour
Position Overview:
- Welcome guests, manage phone communications, and oversee email correspondence.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance.
- Document and address any tenant issues in Yardi, ensuring the property manager is informed and involved as needed.
- Oversee office inventory and supplies.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Process and allocate tenant payments.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in property management is highly desirable
- Proficient in the MS Office suite
- Familiarity with Yardi is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess a valid driver's license
