Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final execution.
2. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and engineers to establish project specifications and create detailed plans.
3. Develop and oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
4. Coordinate and direct the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in the commercial construction or residential building industry.
2. Proven track record in managing new construction and commercial or residential projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
4. Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines.
5. Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
9. Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
10. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as necessary.
