Position Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and committed Sales Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales personnel and clients, ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Order Management:**
- Daily coordination with clients, production teams, warehouses, vendors, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor daily inventory levels and manage EDI orders, including advanced shipment notices and shipment tracking.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to facilitate product shipping from vendors.

2. **Financial Tracking:**
- Oversee Accounts Receivable statements and maintain communication for the Sales Team.
- Handle reconciliation and disputes regarding credits and deductions.

3. **Support Functions:**
- Assist Grain Procurement with shipping and sales forecasting.
- Track inventory of outsourced items and manage customer drop-ships.
- Utilize customer-specific systems for data entry and sales reporting.
- Procure marketing materials, brochures, signage, etc.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, creativity, and reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 is preferred.
