Duties
  • You will manage overall master work schedules and assign dates for major meetings.
  • You will make necessary adjustments to the calendar and advise all persons concerned.
  • You will screen telephone calls, emails and visitors while exercising prudent judgement, discretion and knowledge of the priorities.
  • You will utilizing a knowledge of administrative concepts and practices at a high level of government, enabling the ability to implement more effective office procedures and to recognize and adjust to future administrative problems and situations.

      Qualifications

      Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Utilizing a knowledge of administrative concepts and practices at a high level of government, enabling the ability to implement more effective office procedures and to recognize and adjust to future administrative problems and situations; 2) Managing overall master work schedules and assigning dates for major meetings; 3) Making necessary adjustments to the calendar and advise all persons concerned; and 4) Screening telephone calls, emails and visitors while exercising prudent judgement, discretion and knowledge of the priorities.
