Peacock Properties is growing We are currently looking to add our newest team member in the role of Office Administrator. This person will provide critical support to our team and clients.

Core responsibilities to include:

Triaging company's main inbox and responding to owners on a daily basis

6D and delegation of authority completion

Assist in workers comp insurance audit process

Track move-in/out statuses, and community room rentals across portfolio

Track parking permit/sticker distribution across portfolio

Drafting and sending correspondence and other formal documents via mail and email

Assist with the oversight of mail deliveries, packages, and couriers

Prepare reports and presentations, as needed

Maintain digital and physical office files

Oversee office supply ordering

Other general administrative duties as assigned

Enjoy working with people and in a fast-paced environment

The right candidate will:

Be a people person.

Have superior time management skills. This is critical to this role. You will wear many hats managing recurring workflows that are key to our operations. This will enable you to learn all the facets of our business. You will come with the experience to know how to develop a time-management strategy that will make it all happen.

Be 100% willing and able to make daily use of the software we use for our day-to-day operations. We use Buildium and Office365 to name a few. We can offer training and support to get you up and running.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); ability to quickly learn new software used for daily operation

Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

Thrive in a team environment.

Available Monday - Friday 9 AM – 5 PM. THIS IS AN IF-OFFICE POSITION. REMOTE WORK IS NOT AN OPTION.
