HR Administrative Coordinator

As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you will engage in a variety of paraprofessional tasks related to human resources and payroll operations. Your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting thorough reviews of forms and documentation to ensure adherence to established policies and regulations, while recommending necessary corrective actions.
2. Assisting professional staff by gathering, researching, and compiling relevant information and data according to defined criteria.
3. Providing support to supervisors by managing clerical tasks and minor administrative duties, demonstrating discretion and independent judgment.
4. Utilizing word processing software and other tools as required by the supervisor's preferences.
5. Performing additional related duties as needed, with the possibility of mandatory overtime.
Location:
Position available in the state of West Virginia.
Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: A minimum of one year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in clerical or secretarial roles is necessary.
Substitution Information:
Additional education and experience may be considered on a year-for-year basis as outlined by the Office of Shared Administration Equivalency Chart.
