As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, communicating with guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to General Managers and Executive Chefs, including preparing paperwork, anticipating needs, and maintaining supplies.
- Communication: Consistently answer and direct phone calls, respond to guest inquiries within 24 hours, and organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Financial Management: Input and organize invoices daily to keep the kitchen informed of their budget.
- Menu Management: Aid servers, hosts, and expos in updating menus to ensure accuracy, and maintain POS system accuracy by updating price changes and menu updates.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Team Support: Assist in the coffee shop and collect new hire information to communicate changes to the Indigo Road Home Office and add new hires to the POS system.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in hotels, restaurants, events, or hospitality.
- Skills: Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
- Schedule: Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Moderate standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
