Talent Acquisition Business Partner At A Glance
You are a Talent Acquisition Business Partner reporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition and a member of the North America Group at Kraft Heinz Company.
You will be responsible for creating comprehensive recruitment strategies, delivering diverse talent pools, and building pipelines for the future.You will curate a network of key talent in support of organizational planning needs and propose initiatives to attract a diverse and expansive workforce.
You will maintain excellent relations with all collaborators and guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process.

- Perform full lifecycle recruiting and oversee candidate identification, outreach, negotiation, and offer execution for active and future talent
- Deliver qualified and diverse slates
- Guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process
- Influence by providing informative market data that support growth-oriented hiring decisions
- Curate external relationships to advance the Kraft Heinz employer brand across markets and professional communities
