Our experienced Support Center team aids dental practices in managing non-clinical staffing, human resources, financial and payroll administration, marketing, payor relations, procurement of supplies and capital equipment, as well as information systems.

With our expertise and dedicated support, dental offices can focus their efforts on delivering exceptional patient care.

Tyree & D'Angelo Partners provides practice owners with an alternative to traditional practice transition models. Our affiliation program allows practice owners to collaborate with a highly skilled and experienced DSO team.

Job Summary:

We are currently in search of a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding DSO.

The primary responsibilities of this role will encompass overseeing the complete recruitment process for dental practice personnel, including positions such as Dental Assistants, Office Managers, and Front Office team members, as well as recruiting and hiring Providers as necessary.

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure our organization attracts, hires, and retains exceptional talent.

The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, internal team members, and external partners to develop effective recruitment strategies and initiatives while building robust talent pipelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for multiple dental practice locations.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are secured prior to initiating a search or extending offers.
  • Utilize a variety of candidate sourcing tools, including dental job boards, social media, CRM systems, and networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers as a recruitment liaison for supported dental practices.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with hiring managers to anticipate future staffing requirements.
  • Research and gather information to draft and publish job descriptions.
  • Strategically source and attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Build a candidate pipeline to enhance time-to-fill metrics.
  • Manage each requisition process in an organized and timely manner.
  • Screen candidate resumes and applications to evaluate relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and foster strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
  • Consistently and accurately utilize the ATS to track candidates and requisitions.
  • Create and maintain precise recruiting and analytical reports of deliverables and forecasting data.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the HR & Recruiting Department.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to manage up to 30 requisitions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Represent the company and individual offices with professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and perform well under pressure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience in the dental or healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS); experience with iCIMS preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required.
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
