Hornblower Group is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Consultant to enhance our recruitment efforts. This position is crucial for our operations and will focus on identifying and securing exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria and organizational needs.
  • Source, evaluate, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with our organizational values.
  • Publish job postings across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection processes.

Candidate Evaluation
  • Assess candidates by comparing their qualifications against job requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and analyze responses to gauge fit and understanding of our core values.
  • Utilize structured evaluation methods to determine top candidates.

Enhancing Organizational Appeal
  • Propose innovative policies and practices to improve our recruitment processes.
  • Monitor compensation practices and job offers to ensure competitiveness.
  • Work with leadership to implement effective changes that enhance our recruitment strategy.

Legal Compliance
  • Stay informed about relevant legislation and ensure compliance in all hiring practices.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Bi-lingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers, are preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online job boards.
