  • Become a part of our distinguished recruitment team within the DRS division, where we not only fill positions but also assist clients in developing efficient and scalable recruitment processes while enhancing their employer branding to attract premier talent. Our recruiters, transitioning from agency backgrounds, utilize their knowledge to serve as partners and advocates within corporate or startup Talent Acquisition teams, promoting various organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage OP's extensive experience in implementing the Dedicated Recruiting model to understand the consultative approach in Talent Acquisition.
  • Identify and connect with candidates that align with client requirements using available resources.
  • Provide market insights to clients to improve their attractiveness to potential candidates.
  • Represent clients with honesty and integrity, serving as their voice in the candidate marketplace.
  • Participate in client events and meetings to enhance understanding and uphold core values.
  • Engage in training sessions with our team's subject matter experts to deepen expertise and evolve as a valued talent partner.
  • Collaborate with your Client Partner, the OP Sourcing Team, and potentially other DRS Consultants to refine processes and elevate as a strategic talent partner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment.
  • Proven success in a client-focused environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and client communication tools.
  • Demonstrated urgency and confidence in results-oriented settings.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
