Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our operations in Singapore. This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who possesses a strong affinity for enterprise software and a successful history of assembling high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage collaboratively with senior leadership and project managers to grasp strategic goals and identify talent needs.
  2. Formulate and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract SAP consulting professionals both locally and regionally.
  3. Conduct thorough technical evaluations and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  4. Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for technical and functional roles, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  5. Establish and nurture a robust network of SAP and consulting professionals, fostering enduring relationships to address current and future talent demands.
  6. Stay informed about SAP industry trends, new technologies, and market dynamics to refine talent acquisition strategies.
  7. Initiate innovative recruitment campaigns, including employer branding and talent acquisition events, to enhance our reputation as a preferred employer in the SAP domain.
  8. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners as part of the overall hiring strategy.
  9. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment activities for respective business units.
Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for articulating the unique benefits of career opportunities.
  2. A minimum of three years of demonstrated success in placing SAP and enterprise software professionals (both technical and functional).
  3. Familiarity with various SAP modules, technologies, and relevant certifications.
  4. Possess a strong technical understanding and the capability to evaluate candidates at a deep technical level.
  5. Knowledge of global SAP talent markets, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.
  6. Experience with ATS systems and knowledge of relevant guidelines would be advantageous.
  7. A degree or equivalent qualification is required.
